Clatters Machines accept from you all the products purchased from our website within 14 days from your shipment arrival.

 

You’ll get a refund covering the original price of the product (shipping excluded) if the goods are in “brand-new” conditions: there must be no external or internal damage. The product must be fully functional, with its original box and comprehensive of the instructions manual and all the accessories specified in the product page.

DIY kits are not covered by this return policy.
